Sonic experience igen

Bendi. Varierande utbud - bl.a. Datahysteri

Börft records: Börft - Ufo Mongo - Djuring Phonogram (Börft distribuerar även många andra märken, bl.a. Konduktör Rekords (En Halvkokt i Folie m.fl.)). Elektroniskt, experimentellt, noise, synthpop etc.

Bl.a.

Encyclopedia of Electronic Music listar många artister och grupper inom elektronisk music/dark ambient.

Noise Design/Sonic Experience

Ishkur's guide to electronic music

Aural sonologi (auditiv analys)

I näst senaste numret av webbtidskriften Journal of music and meaning finns Thoresens artikel "Form-building transformations : an approach to the aural analysis of emergent musical forms", där han talar om tre analytiska nivåer:
  • Level 1: sound objects i.e. single sound objects, analyzed in spectromorphologic terms.
  • Level 2: elementary gestalts i.e. combinations of sound objects into small patterns.
  • Level 3: form gestalts i.e. patterns of elementary gestalts,

Analysens första nivå behandlas i "Spectromorphological analysis of sound objects : an adaptation of Pierre Schaeffer's typomorphology" i Organised Sound, vol. 12, no. 2 (Augusti 2007). En tidig presentation av Thoresens idéer finns i "Auditive analysis of musical structures : a summary of analytical terms, graphical signs and definitions", publicerad i Proceedings : ICEM conference on electro-acoustic music, Stockholm, Sweden, 25-27 September 1985.

Ear to the Earth

Ear to the Earth is an international network of musicians, composers, sound artists, scientists, environmental activists, and members of the public who are concerned about the environment. It's a network that connects to an annual festival in New York, to other events throughout the world, to documentation of our sound environment, and to events and activities yet to be defined. This website is the focal point of that network.

In-EAR forum 2008 i Växjö

In-EAR forum 2008

Standardverket om Philipspaviljongen är Marc Treib: Space calculated in seconds : the Philips pavilion (1996, Princeton Univ. Press).
